Terms & Conditions
By the sending of a purchase order to D’Imperialz, you are bounded by the following terms and conditions.
[Product Representation]
1) Colours
D’Imperialz will try to ensure that the colours of the items are represented as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that the colours of the items, when received, will be exactly the same as those shown on customer’s computer screen due to differences in computers’ screen resolution. D’Imperialz greatly appreciates your understanding in this matter. Note: Colours appear slightly lighter on Macintosh’s screens. 2) Size
Items displayed on the site are not of actual size. For measurements of the actual size, customers are advised to refer to the measurement information given beside the item.
[Submission of Orders]
1) Accuracy of information
Customers are to ensure that the information given during ordering is correct and accurate to facilitate the processing of orders.
2) Payment
A confirmation email with stock availability and payment details will be sent out within 1-2 working day(s) upon receipt of customer’s purchase order.
Upon confirmation, customers are to ensure payment within 2 working days. Else, items will be placed back on sale or sold to the next person on the waiting list.
After payment, an email informing D’Imperialz of the transaction reference number is required for the tracking of payment
Once payment is confirmed, the item will be mailed out within 1-2 working days. A receipt together with a shipment confirmation email will then be sent out.
3) Cancellation of orders
Orders can be cancelled at any point in time before payment is made. However, no cancellation will be entertained once the payment has been received.
4) Exchanges and RefundsItems sold are non-refundable and non–exchangeable. Please be assured that all items have their conditions checked before mailing.
[Packaging]
Items will be packed in ziplock bags, completed with bubble-wrap.
[Delivery]
D’Imperialz will not be held responsible in the event of items being lost during normal postage. We hope customers understand that such incidents are beyond our control. Buyers are advised to opt for registered postage at the point of order at a top-up of S$2.20.
Registered mail is most encouraged when purchasing multiple items to decrease the risk of lost mails. It ensures the secure delivery of your mail as it is given a tracking number and requires that you acknowledge the receipt of your order. Although your order will probably reach you earlier, please allow up to 9 days for shipping. This is because additional time is taken for Singpost to register your mail before it is shipped.
Care of products Items may experience tarnishing if exposed to humidity, perfume, vapour and customers’ perspiration. Customers are to ensure adequate protection to enable purchases to last longer.
[Product Content]
D’Imperialz items are not nickel-free. Customers who are allergy to nickel are advised to consider before purchasing .D’Imperialz will not be held responsible in the event that allergy reactions occur.
Amendments D’Imperialz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify any parts of the website at any point in time without prior notice.
